There is a discussion on the absence of the pitot tube from the nose cone of J-16 in the Flanker thread. In contrast, the changes in the positions and sizes of fuselage-mounted pitot tubes from J10A/S to J10B/C are less noticeable than from J-11 to J-16:

J10A/S has a primary pitot tube on the nose cone, plus two secondary ones on both sides of the fuselage behind the radome:

J-10B/C simply "moved" the primary one from the nose cone to the upper left side of the fuselage just before the canopy (opposite to the refueling probe on the right side):

Really? I thought the borders of the TCs follow the borders of the provinces?! Do you have a map that explains thsi?

I don't have map, but in a report from Shantou government mentioned that they visited the local air force and navy of ETC last year.

So, they were just doing batch delivery after flight tested all aircraft, handing over either in 8 jets (J20) for a "dadui 大队“ (squadron?), or 24 jets (J10C) for a regiment.

This basically debunked the no engine or technical problems or stop in production of J10C etc.
