Exactly my thoughts too .. so we have 0418 with AL-31FN and 0419 without the exhaust visible and we have 042x - unfortunately the x isn't visible - as the first with WS-10B.

It's for monitoring training exercise. Considering the families of pilots are in China, it is highly unlikely they will defect to Taiwan because if they do their families get locked up.
