When was this picture taken ? All the J-10's on the photo still seems to have a fixed refeuling probe. Doesn't the latest badge of J-10's have retractable refueling probes ?

no ... the probe was ever and is still a fixed one !

Can anyone make out the loadouts?

I see PL-8s and... some sort of ECM pod? It definitely lacks fins, and we've seen J-10s carrying such pods before, although the were always on outermost pylons and would have dual rack PL-12s instead.

An aviation medicine research institute under the Air Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) developed the "standard dynamic simulation dummy" in 2012, realizing a forward-leaping development of China's human body dynamics test platform from the overall centroid dummy to the dynamic simulation dummy.

The improved performance of the new-type fighters gives a new challenge to pilot's safety and rescue. Serving as a testing platform for the impact test instead of real pilot, the dynamic simulation dummy is an irreplaceable key equipment to evaluate the safety performance of the new-type fighters.

The institute has set up the inertial parameter standard representing Chinese pilots, developed the standard dynamic simulation dummy conforming features of Chinese pilots and achieved the measurement of 55 relevant physiological parameters inside the dummy.

This achievement provides technical means for PLA pilot's protection and rescue, research on impact injury during the catapult-assisted take-off and arresting-landing on an aircraft carrier, design of protection and rescue equipment as well as physiological identification.
