@ZTZ99

Thanks, but actually, I was interested in the types(and names) of weapons carried instead of configuration.

500kg LGB: LT-2, LT-3
500kg GPSGB: LS-6, FT-1, 2, 3 and 4
ASCM: YJ-82, YJ-91
MRAAM: PL-11, PL-12
SRAAM: PL-8

Some of these systems are not yet operational in the Chinese military.

Here's a good summary of some present and future bombs:

Question regarding the empoyment of J-10.

Are the two seaters just trainers, or are there also dedicated attack variants with a real Weapon System Officer in the back for certain missions?
And does the PLAAF make a difference between A-A & A-G (oriented) J-10 Regiments?

I am pretty sure that the two seaters are just trainers. From what I've read so far about J-10 despite the fact that it is a multi-role fighter the design emphasizes air-to-air combat, with the ground/naval attack roles relegated to the Su-30s, J-11s, and JH-7s.

Would you be kind enough to specify the stuff on your list that has actually been seen on J10 photos?

No offence but I'm extremely skeptical about J10 carrying ASMs (to a lesser degree FT series).

He said "Some of these systems are not yet operational in the Chinese military."

Maybe on the future J-10B, the airframe will be reinforced to carry ASM on the central axis.

I have a question about chinese GPS bombs.

Which signal do they use?

I know that chinese Beidou signal is based on geostationary satellites, and has limited coverage.
So, what if these weapons got exported to countries distant from China?

Mmm... it looks like I have a lot of questions today.

Hi guys. Look carefully at this image:

Done? Ok

Now look at this images:

So.. I'm not an expert in aircraft maanufacturing, but looks like it's already in mass production.

How do you think?

That would be a meaningless exercise, since photos prove or disprove absolutely nothing about potential capabilities, and that is really what we're talking about.

I would guess they use the public GPS signal +/- the public GLONASS signal. When Beidou II becomes more widespread I suppose the receiver units would be converted to that system, which would increase the accuracy by tenfold or more. On the other hand, there may not be many GPS bombs in the PLAAF inventory in the first place; they could just be waiting for mass production for when the Beidou becomes fully operational.

Sir:

The picture definitely reveals a lot of newly-manufactured J-10's in the background.

But whether or not they are J-10B's rather than (as I suspect) J-10A's simply cannot be determined.

There is not enough resolution and detail to distinguish the exact type.

Until that determination can be made I for one prefer to stay cautious and say that they are J-10A's.

Of course if I am proven wrong I will be pleasantly surprised.
