Israel is already being bombed by Islamic world in the northern border. With death toll and all. They just correctly surmise that making a big deal out of it isn't smart, because neither them nor US have enough hard power.
The actions of Hezbollah, if it was undertaken against any other sovereign country, the incursion into and killing of Israeli soldiers, shelling of bases and even destruction of tanks, would be an act of war in any other such scenario.
Israel sits on the brink of war with multiple countries. Some Islamic leaders are easily corrupted, but if the people are angry, they will just sweep along the rulers. The likes of Jordanian monarch were never powerful rulers within their own system to begin with.
Hezbullah released footage of its attack on an Israeli tank at noon on 17 October, scoring a direct hit.

Doesn't look like Israel. No reason for them to attack a hospital 1 day before Biden visits either.
Hamas doesn't have any rocket that can hit something that big. Or any other Palestinian faction. Plus the sound is just like a JDAM.
Everyone knows it is Israel, including the West. But they can't say so openly because it would delegitimise the side they are backing.
