Multiple comments on the video and on r/combatfootage says this is fake.
Possibly, still strange footage, maybe caused by optics reacting to explosions/flashes ?
The flash lines from the two "intercepts" are almost parallel to each other, so it would most likely be lens flare or photoshop with a poor understanding of physics. If it was a genuine laser system:
1. both lines would converge(originate) from a single point on the ground where the laser system is based
2. not see any laser lines at all since these systems use high power IR lasers for efficiency.
This, none of the already in service systems have any visual effect. It would just be explosions without visible beams.
too fast, it will take like a few seconds for the laser to destroy the target.
