Do you comprehend what 1.2 km CEP means? stop throwing random numbers.
Mathematically if you can hit something dead center your CEP is meter level, the chance of randomly hitting a target dead center with a CEP any larger than 10m is mathematically impossible.

The probability of missile stage falling on pedestrian is obviously much higher since you do not distinguish one pedestrian from another and there are millions of pedestrians. If it randomly fell on Bibi's head that's impossible, its the difference between firing rockets at a city and hitting any building vs firing rocket at a base and hitting a hanger dead center.

You clearly lack a feel for statistics, let it go.
1.2km CEP is not my number. I clearly mentioned my source. The 2nd attack on Nevatim airbase was obviously more accurate. You are the one throwing around numbers with no substance. You keep using terms like normal distribution in away that makes me doubt you even understand it’s meaning.

Why don’t you do a proper analysis of the available data and show us your findings?

You can’t just assume that because a missile hit something that must have been its intended target. I have no reason to believe the taxi way was the intended target of a $3 million missile instead of the nearby hangar or buildings.

You are suffering from wishful thinking. You are assuming the missiles are performing flawlessly and anything that missed by more than a 100m must be a different type of missile. The large hangar that was struck was not pinpoint accuracy. They might very well have aimed at the center of the whole structure then missed by about 50m, but in a direction that still hit the structure. It’s still within the realm of probable.
