Gold Apollo made those pagers for that order. But, did the customer receive that shipment?

Was order intercepted and tampered with? Or they did the old switcheroo with counterfeit pagers?

The Americans getting a Taiwan company to make exploding pagers is bad for all of Taiwan. Same with the walkie-talkies from Japan. The Americans forced them to make those defective weaponized devices.

Or the Americans did not force someone to put explosives inside their products.

This story has some momentum and will keep going.

Injured can always be employed in non-combative roles. More importantly, indiscriminate attacks like these on civilians can unite factions that were previously uncooperative. Hezbollah had many internal Lebanese rivals and unpopularity amongst a significant chunk of the population - that might have changed after this attack.

If it is a case of multiple shell companies, it could be organized similar to how money laundering occurs in places like Cayman Islands, where a chain of random shells up to hundreds are linked together to make investigations literally impossible.

Apparently the Israelis had been planning it for 15 years, so there might be multiple supply chains compromised, including chinese ones.

More than half of their restaurant pagers are ip67, i.e., ultrasonic welded.

If Netanyahu’s goal is for settlers to return to the north this will do the opposite. Matter of fact Hezbollah will expand the buffer zone forcing many more Israelis to flee to central Israel. The only way they could do that is a ground operation to create a “security belt,” in southern Lebanon. However judging by the performance of the IOF’s pathetic display in Gaza they’ll get annihilated by Hezbollah atgms,mines,claymores,ambushes and even rockets.

This pager attack will have global consequences on electronic devices, every country will now be inspecting electronic devices manufactured from a untrusted country, any fleet communication devices could be compromised and at the playing of a radio message cripple command and control.

An argument can be made that maiming thousands of people is even worse than killing them outright, blinding, amputation and significant injuries will tax civilian medical infrastructure to the max.

The Israeli military said it killed top Hezbollah military commanders, including the militia's head of operations Ibrahim Aqil, on Friday in an airstrike on a southern Beirut neighborhood. Lebanon's health ministry said at least 12 people were killed and dozens more were wounded.

The big picture: The strike in Beirut is further escalating the fighting between Israel and Hezbollah, risking an all-out war.

Hezbollah has not confirmed Aqil's death.
The IDF said Aqil was the head of Hezbollah's military operations and the commander of the elite Radwan Forces, and was killed along with other commanders in the unit.
An Israeli official said the senior command of the Radwan forces — about 20 commanders — were killed in the strike.
IDF spokesperson Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari said in a press conference that Aqil and the Radwan unit commanders were killed as they held a meeting.


If Israeli claims are true, we should know by tomorrow since Hezbollah always reveals its loses.
