I think that they wait for the US elections to pass so they can deploy their American servants to the North. (But, I don't think it will help either).
Trump did say that if Israel goes to war against Hezbollah when he is in office he will intervene and likely go to war with Iran.

Why don't these Americans have free healthcare again - we didn't "find out" I guess?

So, they can't even defeat the poorest nation on Earth when the situation calls for it?

Houthis have fully wrecked 3 commercial ships by now, the last 2 in the last week.

If they have crap healthcare despite being biggest spender, why would it have good navy just because of bigger spending?

How on earth can the U.S. navy struggle so badly?
The US military has no idea to defeat an enemy that is waging war asymmetrically. The war game Millennium Challenge occurred 22 years ago and still the US military didn’t learn any lessons from
the war game. Matter of fact they dismissed it. Iran today is so much stronger than it was in 2002. If the USN is struggling against Yemen that doesn’t have a navy what are they gonna do if Iran shuts off the straights of Hormuz?

All thanks to this guy. Now retired US Marine General Paul Van Riper exposing the weaknesses during that Millenium Challenge.

Seems like the one big problem the U.S. has is pissing off every potential ally so much that these people would do anything to score a hit

I do find it interesting for how much they whine about the Oct. 7th raid, they barely say thing regarding Hezbollah pretty much shitting on them daily and displacing thousands of people from the north.

It's almost like they aware Hezbollah might I actually give them a bloody nose and its harder to carry out punitive mass murder on Lebanon.

I think @SolarWarden had some theories on why some countries experience a problem of "no CAP"

Something related to low availability of planes?

Maybe Super Hornets are hangar queens, too, like the Flankers. Or something and E-2D are as bad as the A-50's too. /s

They are beginning to blame Hezbollah as a terrorist network that is targeting civilians in north Israel. More or less following the same propaganda used against Palestinians.

Most likely Iranian navy is providing intel/counter-intel to Yemen, making it difficult for US to attack/intercept. US would have to target Iran's navy directly in order to properly handle Yemen. Who knows.. maybe other countries are also aiding Yemen. Many international navies that aren't involved in the conflict are present there, including Pakistan's and China's. I believe China also has a military base in Djibouti ~100km away from Yemen.

Btw, stuff like this makes me think that the US totally miscalculated the century by investing in their usual outdated and expensive, large systems, also in terms of their empire's grand strategy (mindset) it seems as well.
Last part also applies for PLAN, there is no comprehensive solution to kamikaze drones right now. Not on Land not in the Sea.

Bro why not deployed their LCS ships instead of mothballing them? This mission suited them as they were they design to operate in littoral waters.
