Do we have any idea what level of casualties the Israeli's have suffered so far? I've seen quite of few videos of RPG attacks on tanks and IFVs, but they tend to cut-off right after impact so it makes it hard to tell if the vehicle was destroyed or even damaged.

Rough estimate.

About 15k casualties (4 to 5k deaths, rest is wounded).

Hamas would be about same or less.

I highly doubt it ..... I'd say IDF suffers 1/10 to 1/5 of Hamas. It would be huge if IDF suffers ~1K deaths and 3K wounded
Lol.

If that really was the case, IDF wouldn't need to retreat from Gaza strip, and would have much more control, possible over all of Gaza strip by now.

You gotta remember, Hamas should be at around 20k to 30k, and if IDF is only 4k casualties, Hamas would be at 20k to 40k according to your estimate lol.

Hamas only has ~24,000 members to begin with. That number includes the non-combatants: politicians, officers, general workers, etc.

Judging by the daily releases of Hamas attacks on IDF which have remained as consistent on day 100 as Day 1 (if not more), this can only mean one of two things:
  1. A small band of fighters are doing all the attacks (unlikely).
  2. Hamas hasn't suffered major casualties.

You can also gauge the level of IDF casualties by considering the fact that Israel had resorted to the use of foreign mercenaries. Spanish and Ukrainian private contractors openly revealed themselves on video as fighting for IDF in Gaza.

Though, I don't believe the retreat of IDF brigades is necessitated by or indicative of casualties if taken into consideration the idea that Israel waged war on the pretext of Gaza's (not Hamas') destruction. If that is correct, IDF has done a great job of making large swaths of Gaza inhospitable for decades to come. This idea has tons of evidence corroborated by Israeli leadership from all ranks of politics to military.

The IDF publishes only authorized names here, which is everyone the media reports:

Total of 530 dead. If you count the wounded, Israeli casualties must be around 3,000.
Wait, don't tell me, you believe these are the only casualties that IDF had suffered?

By now, it should be clear that IDF is hiding the true number of casualties (by quite a lot).
