Jordan: Any attempts to displace Palestinians will be considered a “declaration of war”
On Monday, Jordan considered any attempts to displace Palestinians from Gaza or the West Bank a “declaration of war.”
This came according to what Prime Minister Bisher Al-Khasawneh said, during a meeting with the head and members of the permanent office and heads of blocs and committees in the House of Representatives (the first chamber of Parliament), according to the official news agency and Al-Mamlaka TV.
Al-Khasawneh said: “Any attempts or creating conditions to displace Palestinians from Gaza or the West Bank are a red line and Jordan will consider it as a declaration of war.”
He explained, "All options are on the table for Jordan within the framework of the gradual stance in dealing with the Israeli aggression against Gaza and its repercussions."
