Israeli-Palestinian Conflict and other Related Conflicts in the Middle East (read the rules in the first post)

One of the returned hostages talks about their captivity. Apparently they were very nice and like to talk about a lot of things

CNN choose to narrate a more sensational angle. CNN need to flame and justify more slaughter.

Just saw footage of an Israeli drone dropping a bomb on a group of Palestinean children gathering water from a puddle ffs; can't put it up here as it's NSFW but it's up there on Telegram and Twitter.
And if i've seen it, chances are the entire world has seen it including the muslim world, which means Hamas, Hezbollah etc aren't going to have a shortage of new recruits that will make the supposed jihadists joining ISIL look like a nightclub on a Monday afternoon.

The White House: The decision on Israel’s ground entry into Gaza rests solely with its leadership

"Preps incl deployment of THAAD and Patriot air defense systems in Gulf (poss also Jordan + northern Iraq) and arrival of USS Ike + 2k marines."

I believe so. I reckon Hamas is the red herring, the real target is Hezbollah and iran

I believe y’all‘ve hit the nail on the head.
It would seem that the Anglo-led elites have decided that it’s time to neutralize Iran before trying to take on either Russia or China.
I guess Iran‘s missile and drone capabilities must be perceived as being too risky a wild-card in the geo-strategic competition.
Russia has, also, and predictably, signaled to the west, again, that it will act to appease by broadcasting that the Russo-Iranian Strategic Agreement is 85% complete; message-being: it’s not done yet, so, we won’t interfere. I wonder if Ukraine has been back-room-deal bargained away.

Israel simply observes American war-crimes and crimes-against-humanity, and replicates them, knowing that the U. S. and England will protect them from any U. N. resolutions, or international sanctions.
This is long-established-pattern for them!

I think there is a certain push in that direction behind closed doors. Netanyahu or any Israeli leader will use this oppurtunity to bring in America and use them against Hezbollah and Iran, try to knock out all threats in one go. Perhaps that's the real reason why ground invasion is being delayed, trying to bait Hezbollah and Iran in.

Meanwhile, Hamas trying drip feeding hostages out, perhaps more Americans out.

I do not think yet Iran is a foregone conclusion but certainly think there is a strong strong bipartisan push, the usual loud speakers, the dependable neocons are certainly pushing for that openly in US congress.

I think at this point, to a large extent, Biden is being 'managed' by the team, guy's certainly not 100% in head.

So lots of movement on the chessboard behind the scenes, it's taking time because Hamas caught everyone off-guard.

Iran have always been the main objective for as long as I remember. The main problem have been Hezbollah which needs to be removed before going for Iran. Former US Gen. Clark confirmed it as such. Regardless, the US might be able to take out Lebanon but they would be completely spent and would not be able to go after Iran in any meaningful way. I'm more inclined to say Iran won, as did Russia and especially China.

You say the aim is Iran, but the end game is China or Russia. So by that logic, why would Russia and China sit by and let this happen.

Is that Youtube Channel run by a Chinese? and voiced by an AI at least that's how it appears.
I have watched many videos of this channel before, so I am familiar to his voice. I have also watched couple of channels that I can tell is machine generated voice. I think the voice of this channel is from a human with 90% certainty.

Early machine generated speech was made up of individual human read words. It has defect of pitches and tones because same word pronounced differently depending on the proceeding and following words especially Indo-European languages. Even though Chinese language is better to reduce the effect, it is still very detectable.

Later machine speech, call it AI generated if you will, can better reduce such inconsistency by generating sound for each word in conjunction with rest of the words. But the method creates a new problem by solving the old one. They are too perfectly smoth and round, it is like listening to an electronic Piano. To me a "perfect" sound is always a fake (non natural) sound. I am an audiophil and has a friend who is trained in opera singing as hobby. He presented me with comparison between some famous pop singers and the voice of Pavarotti, he taught me where to find those natural imperfections. We are both electrical engineering majors, his analogy of the matter is that, machine can create perfect sin wave which sounds smoth, human can emmulate it but far from perfect due to our anatomy, you just need to know where to find the "fault".

This audio has perfect human pitch changes between words, and has the human "inperfection" of voice because he has certain words with rough grainny quality, like sound you make when recovering from a sour throat. Of course if AI is clever enough to add in such natural "inperfection" I will have to say WOW.
