Wasn't sure if these were appropriate given they're not PLA-related, rather more 'Domestic Counter-terrorism'. I'm going to assume its appropriate given the video above. Theres alot of decent looking kit from a layman's perspective (mine).

Is he wearing a type 04 dress uniform? I mean the guy doing the inspection’s tunic is clearly an older style. The collar is closed no lapels the chest pockets and length combined with the belt it looks more like a tunic style than the suit style 07.
