Yep, it looks a little too visible, but it is a small stripe.
On the other hand, the photo looks too bright for my eyes, in particular the top right corner. That stripe also displays color gradation. The photo might be overexposed therefore not showing the true color of the stripe.
Instead of a solid block they can just do an outline.
Also, the ghillie suits look a lot different from the ones in the past. Here is the old version:Note the Ghillie suits in Starry Sky camouflage.

The navy patch is good, though I've a lingering feeling somebody will make a meme about it...Low visibility patches for the navy.
