The plate seems to broadly match with what Oxide received so he probably got an official plate. Also, are the layers on that plate delaminating?!?

He's likely gonna release more detailed test data on this spreadsheet later on, which already incudes the results of NATO / Russian equivalents he previously tested. (Oxide does seem to have very high standards based on previous reviews, but he is probably one of the most unbiased reviewers available on the internet)

I think the plates in the picture you're referencing are just two plates stacked on top, not delaminating. At least that's assuming we are looking at the same thing.

The paint chipping off is (hopefully) the result of testing or heavy wear, but poor quality can never be ruled out. Really want to see more from Oxide_does.
