According to some soldier Infantry equipment bloggers, the new system is basically the same as the one exhibited at the Zhuhai Air Show, except for the vest. NVG is still digital, but binocular version is thermal fusion, and the performance will (apparently) be better than the previous generation

Is this system supplied by the state-owned NNV ?

I'm not sure, but the chip supplier for the previous generation system should be Brigates Microelectronics. NNV (and other manufacturers) also produce high-performance CMOS, competition is fierce, so it's still unclear who will win.
