America's allies are not too happy about Pelosi's visit:

As countries now brace for the fallout from Ms. Pelosi’s visit, the increased tensions between the two superpowers have ultimately raised questions about the authority of the American president.

“It doesn’t say much about Biden’s clout that he can’t prevail on the speaker from his own party,” said Alan Dupont, a former defense intelligence analyst for the Australian government, noting that the president had said the military did not think the visit was a good idea.

Even in Australia, a democratic country with raucous politics, where people knew that Ms. Pelosi was a powerful figure, it was unfathomable that Mr. Biden did not persuade her to cancel, Mr. Dupont said.

“An unnecessary crisis,” he said. “An own goal, the U.S. put itself in this position.”

Arab League declares support for 'one-China sovereignty' amid Taiwan crisis

The Arab League declared its support for China on Tuesday as US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi landed in Taiwan

Pelosi's visit has left the world on edge amid rising tensions between Beijing and Washington.

The league's stance "is based on upholding China's sovereignty and territorial integrity and firmly adhering to the one-China principle," according to Secretary-General Hossam Zaki.

Zaki said the Arab League "was looking forward to a quick breakthrough in the Taiwan crisis" in a phone call with the Chinese ambassador to Egypt and the Arab League, Liao Liqiang.

Liao conveyed to Zaki Beijing's position on the recent developments in Taiwan, stressing "the importance of respecting the one-China conveyed and not taking actions that contradict the relevant United Nations that are not conducive to achieving peace resolution and stability in the region."

Syria, which was expelled from the 22-member League following its brutal crackdown on pro-democracy protests in 2011, also condemned Pelosi's visit dela to Taiwan.

Damascus called it an “an act of hostility which does not abide by international laws, and does not respect the sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of the People’s Republic of China,” according to state-run news agency SANA

Iran also condemned the visit and reiterated its support for China.

China has in recent years worked to strengthen its role in the Middle East, especially through security agreements, development and technology.

Arab countries have largely been silent on Beijing's persecution of its Muslim Uighur minority, in some cases deporting Uighurs to China

Pelosi is the highest-profile elected US official to visit Taiwan in 25 years. Her visit from her comes part of an Asia tour.

Beijing has made clear that it regards her presence as a major provocation. Its military said it was on "high alert" and would "launch a series of targeted military actions in response" to the visit.

Taiwan said the trip displayed "rock solid" support from Washington.
It is still too early to determine whether yesterday will really change anything in relation to the attitude of countries towards China, for now nothing indicates this and in my opinion it will not change absolutely anything. But let's wait.

Pelosi came to Taiwan for a very particular purpose. She had meetings in Taiwan with executives linked to the chip industry, probably because of this:

American subsidy is all that companies want, opening factories in the US will decrease the world's dependence on Taiwanese chips, they are falling for the siren's tale (in this case the best exemplified figure would be a witch).

Yeah after Hu, GT no longer gets benefit of doubt.... I always knew Western news was bs but they really had fooled me that it was going hot kinetic soon and then nothing not even attempt at interception.... either this was backdoor deal with US or intentional sandbagging

If there are still ships going through then its another lie to say that its "completely blockade" terminology
No, you don't get to question anyone's credibility. You said America had decided that the war was going to be on August 2, what happened to that? You don't get to just jump to your next "prediction". Answer for your failure.

Don't be putting words in my mouth without my permission nor consent boy...

I specifically said if the US, China, TW conflict and/or incident does not go hot kinetic in the month of August 2022, that I would voluntarily and permanently leave the forum. I never mentioned August 2nd as the deadline... It seems lately a lot of people have been adding expectations where none were stated.
