It got autoloader so fourth crew member is optional and that fourth guy can control drones or guide loitering munitions, etc.
Very interesting idea.
So where they are ? no door on the front visible, two on the turret ? Would like to see where is the engine...
So it look like the crew go in the tank from the Turret?

Two hatches on the turret.
Looks like the drivers hole is a tight space under the turret armor.
If it need to go out that way, i don't give him a chance if he had to do it in a hurry...

Leopard 2 which seems to have a strong influence on the hull design on Kf51, has a belly escape hatch behind the driver.

I should state that Rhinemetall didn’t design the Leopard series. That this tank is as far as I know there first tank and may not have the escape hatch. For all we know the Panther may feature some exotic solution. It is stated as using the current Leopard 2 power pack. Doesn’t seem to have a rear ramp. It could also be that the hatches are stairing us in the face and we just don’t recognize them.
