No reason to believe that (regardless of whether it's believing 004 is a CVN or just the "next" 003)...

Can everyone avoid making overenthusiastic big calls lol
Sorry what's the “big calls”? .......bragging?
I think you misunderstood, I mean the launch time for next carrier, no matter CV or CVN, I call it 004, and the 2025 is an estimated time. That's an ideal time and key point for PLAN. Maybe it will be earlier, maybe will be later, because the construction speed depends on many aspects, such as the plan, situation, etc., you know what I refer to.
Because this is not a Single-Player Game, but massively Multiplayer Online Game lol
So there is no doubt that the next few years will be difficult, but this is only a drop in the ocean for their 5000-year history~

Getting off the topic.... and language barrier, communication is too difficult lol ಥ_ಥ
PS:I hope that one day I can communicate fluently in English with my western friends~

This is an English forum. Please type in English, so everyone can understand what you are saying.

Secondly, I have mentioned a few times in the past month or so. It was strictly forbidden to leave a single sentence comment in the past. Some of the old moderators would straight away delete such a post and even ban the member who constantly leaving useless one sentence comments. Sure, the current moderators are less strict about this kind of behaviour. But still in order to maintain the quality of sinodefenceforum, please have some self-discipline on this matter.

I have a question, why CV's island could be designed so compact?
It’s the oversized Russian design made people think that a CV’s island must be big,and Soviets did that cuz 1.the radar&computers and other electronic devices were huge 2.pilots and senior members’ room were in the island.
And by moving the rooms inside the ship&better electronic devices, you make the island smaller, actually american ACs always have a little island no matter they were nuclear powered or not

I'm saying we have no reason right now to be able to reasonably talk about the CVN (004) being launched in 2025.

Putting it another way -- "estimating" the CVN/004 to be launched in 2025 is not a reasonable estimate at this stage.

None of the information and expected indicators suggest that we can expect the CVN to be launched in 2025.

"Big calls" means "making predictions and expectations that are as of yet unsubstantiated".

For anyone wondering "why does the island lack details" or "why does the island lack all of its windows" -- let us remind ourselves of the island of CV-17 when it was initially lifted onto the ship.

(I.e. at this stage of construction, it is very obvious, reasonable and expected for the island to have all of its details and cutouts present)
