Shit! I hope Chinese biotech companies can register for clinical trials in other countries. China must be first to get to the vaccine.

Someone better makes it quick.

Life will never go back to normal because there are rogue actors likely storing the virus for nefarious purposes. (FLG, Josh Wong, CIA, ISIS...)

Any country that makes the vaccine available to the world community should be the first.
Of course if China gets to the vaccine first it would make it widely available to the entire world - in fact, it's the only country with the productive capacity to do that. Even the least charitable interpretation of China's motives must acknowledge the enormous PR value in doing that.

I saw on CNN last night on I think was the Erin Burnett show some British lab is claiming they will have a vaccine by September because it's based on the Ebola vaccine which has gone through many of the clinical tests already. I don't know if that's how it works but they say they've already talked to the big vaccine producers of the world to get ready. We'll see...

Twisted MSM tried to make it sound like China refusing to send PPE. Turns out China just trying to do quality control and US requested greater restrictions.

a long but methodological and fairly comprehensive rebuttal to various falsehood from western MSM and politician.

The U.S. has to be very careful about reopening. It is not out of the woods yet. The new cases "plateaued" only because the tests have reached a ceiling.

In that light, America’s 20 percent positivity rate is disquieting. The U.S. did almost 25 times as many tests on April 15 as on March 15, yet both the daily positive rate and the overall positive rate went up in that month. If the U.S. were a jar of 330 million jelly beans, then over the course of the outbreak, the health-care system has reached in with a bigger and bigger scoop. But every day, 20 percent of the beans it pulls out are positive for COVID-19. If the outbreak were indeed under control, then we would expect more testing—that is, a larger scoop—to yield a smaller and smaller proportion of positives. So far, that hasn’t happened.
