Maybe he is an American citizen or permanent resident. Biden banned “US Person” from working in the Chinese semiconductor industry.

come on guys.. we all know that how institutes/universities works. they are leading from the front when it comes to R&D. the guy currently is in China and educate the young talent also do research and will publish paper/patent in mainland.. this thing automatically benefit the local industry.

whether he is US citizen or not. this thing doesn't matter.. he is a Chinese first.
