The self-developed planetary MOCVD epitaxial system of Yita Semiconductor was assembled, accepted and rolled off the production line.


The offline of this system indicates that Yita Semiconductor MOCVD has completed the EV project acceptance work . This not only indicates that Yita Semiconductor has made important progress in the research and development of third-generation and a half semiconductor equipment, but also indicates that the company will further accelerate the market application and large-scale mass production of its products.


The successful completion of the offline activities and the gradual delivery and commissioning of the first phase of the Hefei factory will provide a solid hardware foundation for the company's subsequent research and development and production, and at the same time provide guarantees for the final delivery of the products.

MASKSHOP MDC solution


In the EDA Innovation and Development Forum of the summit, GU, a product scientist at SMIC, took the theme of "MDC: MASKSHOP Solution" and shared his insights on how to improve data integrity and accelerate the design and manufacturing process through technological innovation with his deep industry experience and forward-looking vision. In his speech, GU introduced the MDC (Mask Data Calculation) platform, an innovative mask manufacturing solution, in detail. The platform can provide efficient heterogeneous DRC solutions for MASKSHOP.

GU pointed out at the beginning of his speech: "In the current Maskshop application field, we are facing severe challenges such as large data transmission volume, high performance requirements, sign-off-level quality assurance and global data processing capabilities." In response to these pain points, SMIC launched the innovative MDC platform, which integrates the MDC geometry engine and the layout integration tool EsseDBScope, providing strong support for the market. Hunan Dezhi New Materials Co., Ltd. focuses on the research, development, production and sales of carbon-based and carbide ceramic component materials for semiconductors. It is one of the earliest technology-based enterprises in China to use CVD technology to develop and manufacture advanced semiconductor SiC materials. It has leading domestic technology, equipment and a high-level R&D team. Its products have excellent performance and are close to the international advanced level in terms of yield and life. The company registered Wuxi Dezhi Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries in Huishan Economic Development Zone. Wuxi Dezhi Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. plans to invest a total of about 1 billion yuan. By purchasing production and testing equipment with a high degree of automation and intelligence, it will establish 20 integrated circuit epitaxy component production lines and 5 tantalum carbide coating production lines.
At the same time, it will build a first-class semiconductor scientific research laboratory to create a research and development and manufacturing base. The project is expected to reach full production within 5 years. As a supporting enterprise, the subsidiary will carry out business simultaneously during the construction of the new base project.

Tuojing Technology (PIOTECH): 1H24 performance in line with expectations,​
