Seems like a strawman.

What is true though, is that these are commodities and chips act like commodities in the market.
They really need companies to stop using 28nm and 14nm chips to boost demand on advanced nodes.
Not going to happen for either, but especially 28nm. It's the sweet spot between cost and performance, so it's going to stay widely used for the forseeable future.

Isn't that the view what alot of people in China,or even members on this very forum holds?How many times I heard something like “We don't need EUV,28nm is enough” “advanced node is too expensive,no one is going to buy that” “99% of semiconductor market is mature node,there is very little need for advanced node” etc.

I get it,because China cannot make advanced node now,so people will naturally dismiss the importance of advanced node,in order comfort themself,it's a psychological defence

It may be natural but it is no less foolish. People must acknowledge their shortcomings in order to address them properly. Advanced nodes are important for specific use cases even though they are not the entire market. And the fact is that right now Chinese domestic capabilities fall short in many ways. But nobody ever built an industry overnight, or without setbacks. The only way to succeed is to be practical as well as patient, leveraging foreign shortcuts wherever possible, and facing difficult problems with honesty. This will not be a quick or easy struggle.

Other industries are useful for comparison purposes. How many years did it take BYD to succeed? And how many more years will it take COMAC to compete internationally? These things are measured in decades, so nobody should be too excited or too disappointed at Huawei today.

If ASML really cares about the Chinese market, why they don't set up an R&D and manufacturing facility to make unbannable scanners exclusive for the Chinese market?
They probably do care, but right now the belief (justified or not) is that even with the restrictions China needs ASML more than vice versa, so there isn't sufficient market pressure to bring more to the table at this time since China still needs whatever they are currently offering and they would dodge political heat on them if they were to take this option. The best thing China can do is continue its national efforts into the development and rollout of litho systems for HVM. At that point ASML will have to decide for itself whether it wants to be in or out the door and what it can offer. It's kind of like, when someone works their way into a high level position or or has a hot makeover and everyone wants a piece of the action, thats where China should be aiming for.
