赛微电子:激光雷达是实现L4/L5级别智能驾驶技术的核心传感器;公司将生产制造的MEMS振镜晶圆交付给客户,由客户形成激光雷达产品后再供应给汽车厂商;当前市场上搭载激光雷达的车型较多,包括探测距离、点频、角分辨率、FOV、测距精度、测距准度等具体的激光雷达参数(进而传导至MEMS振镜性能参数及使用数量)取决于下游汽车厂商具体车型的指定要求。
