SSB800 is dual stage iLine
SSC800 is dual stage KrF
but the China government doesn't approve it... SMEE has to redesign it... their light source system isn't up to standard....
SMEE is working on SSX800 series...i hope its immersion and photoresist perfect.

If it’s not accepted and smee had to redesign it, how are they able to make an announcement in Q4 2022?
Also there was a rumour that the machine passed acceptance a couple months ago, does that mean the light source was eventually accepted?
