I saw a "Return of the King" somewhere for Huawei. Dunno if that was legit or not

That is more complicated than just the light source, there is some complicated reflective optics, ultra high precision mechatronics, lithography software, photoresist chemistry and mask issues that need some tinkering but is not an unsurmountable task.@Weaasel especially IF the SSMB perform better than ASML HIGH NA EUVL. And from an operation cost an ASML HIGH NA EUVL costing $400 millions you can build 2 SSMB facilities, each SSMB theoretically can power 90 EUVL so IF China EUVL do use SSMB then as @tokenanalyst had posted it's a game changer.
