@antiterror13 Sir right now only ASML NXT 2050i had that capability, Nikon will be launching the same product in 2023 the NSR-S636E. And not far behind from a well known speculator @ansy1968 maybe we can also see the launching of the mythical SMEE SSA900 22nm DUVL. ;)

This guy states that he works in the semiconductor industry, but I think his information is almost all open source with some of his observations/analysis mixed in. He just merely said that SMIC is on track to manufacture 5nm chips with DUVL, and should be the first manufacturer to do so. That's all.

@GodRektsNoobs Bro a repost of @foofy earlier post, I got a lot of flak regarding SMIC having NXT 2050i, BUT I trust @foofy and so far your post regarding SMIC 5nm plan collaborated his and I'm kind of vindicated. ;)

    是，当时我还想报到一下2050movein的事，被大佬直接叫停谁都不准说。所以圈外的人都不知道SMIC第一时间就搞来全世界第三台NXT2050i 。前两条是T厂和M公司
