Those were two roadmap slogans, 为路线定调子. The fact they are gone serves another solid indication that the CPC roadmap has change. This is not just significant. In my book, that is a fundamental shift in the CPC roadmap.

Developing countries will have access to affordable Chinese high tech products.
This is not even funny any more. This is yet another sign that CNN and likes really are clueless when it comes to China. In this digital age, unlike the previous dark age during Cold War 1.0, tactics like this is not nearly as effective. That the west want to win this Cold War 2.0 by using the Cold War 1.0 tactics is not going to work. As an ancient Chinese saying, this is an interesting time, for everyone on earth.

The higher ups want a new cash cow. Middle/Lower ones want a new hate sink to cope over the mid terms.
Most people will say the US-China cold war.
However IMO the most important things to do are:
Centralisation (reducing local gov autonomy)
Economic restructuring/Dual circulation (painful reforms needed)
Science-Tech development
In fact, I will make a rather radical statement. Call it copium if you want.
Xi's real term as president begins tomorrow
2012 until the 19th Party Congress was a shitshow with Xi having to clean up the mess which basically stopped him from effectively enacting his vision.
After 19th Party Congress, Xi got more power but then he had to deal with the shitshow of the Trumpian Trade War which alongside local opposition basically stopped at its tracks a lot of Xi's policies.
So for me personally, Xi's full power presidency begins today. People say that he had a 10 year ruling period. In reality, 5 years of anticorruption, 3 (currently diminished) years of Trade War, 2 years of Covid.
We have never actually had the opportunity to see Xi's complete vision enacted at the policy level
