Well, if that's him, then he certainly changed a lot.

Ignore the stupid title but this was another very good article.
It’s rather interesting that the ‘more-nuanced’ China watchers are coming out with more realistic takes on what’s happening in China - perhaps as a sign that people are increasingly concerned + their private conversations with people in the Administration have not led to meaningful change with respect to policy on China.
Just heard a podcast with Czin on. He (or rather the editors) chose that title as a kind of homage to "America Against America".
