Some of you might have noticed a drama with a 9.4 rating on Douban called The Long Season. Let me tell y'all its well deserved. It is slow, keep in mind. I think a good comparison with it is the Korean movie, Burning. But if you're patient with it, it is a roller coaster. In terms of China's crime dramas, I think its better than even The Bad Kids and The Long Night.

Chinese shows have been hitting it out of the park this year .

What are the Chinese names of the shows?

Actually Honkai Star Rail is quite good. I must say tho I like Wuthering Waves for their naming convention more. In Wuthering Waves, a Chinese game with elements of Chinese settings all names remain pinyin transliteration of Chinese. Mihoyo has the tendency to overtranslate their games to cater the angloids, for example, Chinese inspired Character get english names (Blade = 刃)
