And the engine shape in the pictures also is similar to the RD series engines.

It seems WS-13 is ready or in its final phase.

If really true, it is good news for FC-1 in export and I believe PLAAF are also looking for a new twin engine medium weight fighter with this WS-13 comes in handy...

Its already April, 2010, a quarter of the yr has been passed.
If WS10A officially entered mass production phase an the end of 2009.
then 4 months should be enough time to crack out siginificant of engines.

If yearly production is 100 (on the conservative sides) then 25 of them should be made by now in 2010 meaning 12 new J-11B should be came out...

Can some one confirm on this progress rate?

will you give it a rest? fighter jets don't get delivered until set points of the year like half way through or at the end. We don't know how many WS-10A they are producing this year or what they will be used for. We will know it's ready once we get the production certification article. Until then, just wait for updates for Maya.

Above are a couple nice pictures of both the AL31F and the WS10A, show the difference between the two and the WS10a been installed on J11.
The one with dark and longer nozzle are AL31, the lighter and shorter nozzle one are WS10a.
