oh, I thought it meant that it was already finished with high altitude testing on IL-76 tesbed. I thought WS-15 was further along than this.
It's interesting to read the stock related information for XAE, because they actually provide some really worthy news breaks on the current status of Taihang series and WS-9 series.
Basically, it pretty much said that Shenyang Liming sort out the production problems in 2009 and the production rate for Taihang increased in 2009. And the evaluation period for Taihang should be over in the first half of 2010. And in the next 2 to 3 years, Taihang will be equipped on more fighter types (ie J-10) and there is bright future ahead for this series.

Looks like J-15 on the carrier will be fitted with WS10A the next couple years
SAC hasn't come up with any new layout and design. Liming has delayed forever on the WS10A. Now, Shenyang zoo is starving the Tigers. Could it be just coincindent, maybe not, Maybe the culture and atmosphere over there in shenyang is no good. Time to get those operation out of there.

Your news sound outdated.. If it is 6 month ago, yes it may be true. But seems like Liming has solved the problem and back to production again.
