FWS-10 engine nose is in a contraction,if it is expanding, its out look like " chrysanthemum ". see maya's photo.

Any info on the WS-10A being capable of thrust vectoring? The appearance of its nozzle seems to indicate that capability. My guess is the design allows it to have that capability, but, at the moment, it has not been implemented yet.
