The Chinese gov probably don't mind to much if population falls down to 1 billion or a 'bit' below.
As long as fertility can stabilize above 2 when that time comes (which does require investment, resources and attention).

But that is still like a multi decade process (likely 30-40+), so yea, long way ahead.

(don't be too stressed about things now)
Demographics as a problem in 2024 is a figment of MSM reports' imagination - as you said this is a 30-40 year problem; not imminent and certainly not what is important today.

Financial performance of the top electric 2/3-wheelers in China.

Looks like Ninebot has by far the best gross margins at 30%. Yadea is surprisingly below 20% despite being the market leader. Niu is also losing money despite a 17% gross margin.

长沙一所学校工作人员告诉记者,目前开福区所有小学都没有安装空调,是否安装空调需要教育部门综合全局进行研判。并称,不安空调是“为了培养小学生吃苦耐劳的精神”。

I recall there was a debate about the so called "lack of necessity" or the "fully penetrated nature" of ACs in China a few pages back...

Like seriously, what in the world are you smoking if you believe China has all the ACs it needs/wants just because the market doesn't "grow that much anymore".
