Its called a Primer ..... ever done some DIY painting at home? Before the main paint is put on, you put on a coat of primer, which protects the skin/surface.

This Y-9 has more side windows than the other pictures of the Y-9 posted earlier. What's going on?

They look like holes or openings, and there are a couple on the underside too. Fire support variant?
It's containing Zinc chromate (ZnCrO4)which is an odorless yellow solid powder.
Anyone else with a more recent news, but at the CDF there's the rumour going on that the Y-20 had its maiden flight this morning !!????To admit ... I'm quite sceptical even if I'm even more excited !
