The bottom one does not look like it. Its left outer engine appears "thinner" than the others. That engine looks like the D30 ones of the Y20 on the left.

The ground crew might have been servicing the engines of these two Y20s, i.e. having the engine shells opened up? We have seen such satellite pictures of Y20 with D30 engines before.

I doubt that PLAAF wants to mix Y20s using different engines in the same regiment.

Shouldn't it be done in the hangar for repair work like opening the hood? Why the sun and rain on the open air apron? It is also inconvenient to use tools and instruments for maintenance.

We've had past satellite pictures of Y-20s and Il-76s taken in the open with open engine cowlings.

These Y-20s I am 99% sure are Y-20As with D-30/WS-18s. I significantly doubt if they are Y-20Bs with WS-20.
