Philippines insist that the new model agreement with China in the SCS is a "False Chinese narrative"

Filipino politicians are now targeting ethnic Chinese-Filipino and accusing them of being "China assets", I have concerns in the past that scenarios like this will happen at some point, which is why I advocated for ethnic Chinese/ Mixed Chinese people in the Philippines to form a political block that will push for their interests. Chinese Filipinos have an enormous wealth at their disposal, perhaps its not too much to suggest that they use a portion of this wealth to advance the welfare of their fellow Chinese Filipinos and put this prejudiced Sinophobe politician in her place

I believe under international law, the host country cannot enforce its law on actions taken inside a foreign embassy. Thus Philippines cannot take action against any Chinese diplomats who acted within the compound of their embassy, including releasing the tape recording.
The host country could technically declare certain staffs in an embassy and/or consulate generate which originated from the country of which the embassy and/or consulate general are representing as "persona non grata", which effectively means expelling them out of the host country within a given period of time (usually 48 or 72 hours).

China does have an embassy in Metro Manila, alongside consulate generals in Laoag, Cebu and Davao. Technically speaking, Manila could order "persona non grata" on certain Chinese embassy and/or consulate general staffs. On the flipside, China too could order the same in response against certain Filipino embassy and/or consulate general staffs in China.

Idiotic that they are now claiming that there was a real recording of what they claimed is a fake imaginary agreement, EIther case they have admitted they have lied one or the other.

Diplomatic negotiations are often recorded and transcribed and nothing unusual. These idiots knows that they have no legal standing and all they can is declare "cry about it " statements.

Moreover, The chief negotiator is now disappeared on leave.

I this this feeling that the recording of that agreement is coming, and this gap we're currently in between transcript being published and recording being released is deliberate, for Philippine side to either cool down and backtrack or dig their own hole further.
Filipinos love to talk smack. The little chihuahuas are so damn loud with their barks fully aware that they have no bite.

What do you expect from such dramatic locaqious welfare queens? They got their bombastic like megaphone diplomacy from the Indian school of always brag never back down school of Bharat School of Diplomacy. The Philippines should have been Indias neighboring country. It would have loved to be the Gurkhas of India.

Its good to see that there are still some level minded politicians in the Philippines who can understand the real situation, that the Philippines is being used as a proxy by the Americans against China. Unfortunately, people like this governor are being labeled a "Traitor" simply for pointing out the facts.

Again, this is a brazen display of Discrimination towards Chinese nationals, but because its Sanctioned by Philippine's allies, somehow we don't hear any protest or concern with such actions by the PH government.

Unfortunately, last I heard is that Governor Mamba was removed from office by COMELEC for election campaign violations. Of course, anybody who isn’t stupid knows that virtually every Filipino politician has broken election rules at some point in their careers. It is a politically motivated ouster, but you don’t see people who claim to hold democracy as something sacred, cry about it because *surprise surprise* they’re the same crowd that worships America.
