* read a CN analyst on it, he say could be used to attack CN's image and increase confrontational sentiments* do you agree?

Cn gov statement translated via app:
"We urge the Philippines to immediately stop its illegal actions that infringe on China's territorial sovereignty and maritime rights and interests, immediately stop any unilateral actions that may lead to the expansion of disputes in the South China Sea and complicate the situation, and immediately stop its wrong actions that deliberately undermine the overall situation of China-Philippines relations and the peace and stability of the South China Sea."

You bet they will amplify the messaging they have been using for the past two years about China "bullying" the heckin' wholesome Pinoyerinos (who totally are not US-controlled puppets).

ASEAN countries should really think about censuring PH if they want to preserve the region's neutrality.

Lai Ching-te has a better claim over Outer Mongolia than whatever this is.

I don't think China really gives a f**k what the Philippine law says. China just hosted a dual carrier exercise in the Philippine's front yard, who's going to challenge China in the SCS? The Pinoy navy? The UN? The "World Police"? Pinoy laws aren't worth discussing.

China 100% don't care what Philippines law says because it's chinese territory so their Philippines laws don't apply. It's like ROC's air identify zone over Fujian, don't care.

The Pinoys can complain as much as they want, they can't even take on a 54A, and the Americans especially trump couldn't care less about them.

"Notably, the PMZ seeks to extend Philippine jurisdiction over vast expanses of sea, encroaching on the rights of other nations and intensifying existing conflicts and disputes. The designated sea lanes established by the PASL are situated in close proximity to US military bases in the Philippines, raising concerns about potential collusion between the Philippines and foreign powers to monitor passing vessels, thereby jeopardizing the navigational safety of various countries, Yang told the Global Times."
