Df-41 is the most advanced ICBM in the world right now. 14,000km with 10 MIRVs. Nothing in the American or Russian arsenal comes even close to the Df-41. Truly remarkable achievement by China.

How we could know DF-31A or DF-41 true performance even with a full range test??
I read a minute ago on the "mil.ifeng.com" that, according to International Herald Tribune, China has for the first time since 1964 omitted (in its latest defence white paper) the reiteration of its not to use nukes first policy. I didn't bother to check the white paper though.
So if true, what doest it mean? Does it mean that China feels strong enough not to play the "no first use" policy any more? Or does China just wish to play buddies with the USA and Russia so that the two won't be too lonely being the big bullies for so long?

Until the Chinese government officially abolishes the no-first-use policy, it is still in place regardless of reiterations or lack of.
