Not that, I just got a feeling that if a massive war broke out, those ship yards in Shanghai, Dailan and all coastal shipyard will get destroyed very quickly. So if China is able to construct the same ships way inland, they will have much higher chance of survival.
Massive wars supported or involved China did breakout in korea and vietnam. Evidence suggests the US was extra kind to China and no Chinese cities were ever touched. I believe such kindness will extend into any future wars, and the chinese coastal ship yards are perfectly safe. The chinese ASBM could well make the US even kinder in the future by not moving their ships carrying aircraft and missiles inside the second island chain should hostilities develop.
