It's getting really interesting at Huangpu shipyard. You see so many blocks that they have lying around. It's impossible to tell with most of them what they are used for. At least the 6th 054A looks fairly clear now. But then they also have cutters, rescue ships and other civilian ships they are building there. I have seriously never seen HP shipyard this busy before.

That is a rotating porthole. It is a rather common feature on smaller vessels.

In bad weather, the rotating porthole is turned on and it will provide continuous clear view of the exterior as the rotation does not allow water to build up on the windscreen. It is a lot more effective as compared to windscreen wipers, which does not clear the water fast enough.
