人民网临沂1月16日电 15日，临沂市几大班子领导和驻临沂各部队的首长欢聚一堂，共庆即将到来的春节，共叙军政军民鱼水情谊。市委书记、市人大常委会主任张少军出席会议并讲话，市委副书记、市长张务锋主持会议。

张少军在讲话中回顾了2011年全市经济社会发展的大好形势和双拥工作取得的巨大成就。张少军说，一年来，驻临沂部队积极参加地方经济、政治、文化和社会建设，为促进全市经济社会发展做出了新的贡献。特别是在北京军区和兰州军区两支给水工程团来临沂抗旱打井期间，军分区起到重要的沟通协调作用，保证了抗旱打井工作的顺利进行。在扑救泰山余脉和蒙山景区火灾战斗中，广大武警消防官兵把生死置之度外，英勇善战，捍卫了国家和人民的利益，赢得了沂蒙人民的真心爱戴。

同时，全市双拥工作也取得可喜成绩，围绕创建全国双拥模范城市“三连冠”的目标，在支持部队基础设施建设、全面落实优抚安置政策、拥军支前、改善官兵生活条件以及开展科技、教育、文化拥军活动等方面做了大量卓有成效的工作。特别是各级踊跃慰问内蒙古军区、宁夏军区给水团抗旱打井部队；积极开展与沂蒙旅定期互访、为大学生进行军训、共建“沂蒙旅史馆”等双拥活动；“临沂舰”命名申请工作获得成功，已于2011年12月在广州黄埔造船厂举行下水仪式，并将于2012年9月份正式入编北海舰队服役，这为临沂市双拥工作提供了新平台。(文美 杨西高)

so the 7th 054A that got launched in HP shipyard in December will be commissioned into NSF in September of this year. Not sure which of the other yet to be commissioned 054A will join 538 there, but there will probably be 2 other.

Very welcome news. HD 6, which was launched 13 December, was expected to be 547. Now we also know that it will be named LINYI, after a town in Shandong.

The other two 054A that are going to NSF (1 Destroyer Flotilla 14 Frigate Squadron Qingdao-Jiaonan) are HP 6, launched 21 May, as 550 SIPING and HD 6, launched 27 May, as 546 YANCHENG. The decision to crate a full 054A squadron at Qingdao (at first there was only talk of two, 538 and 550) is one of the reasons I think it likely that ex-VARYAG will stay permanently in NSF.

That the decision to change the homeport of 546 is a recent one is evident from its name, as Yancheng is a town in Jiangsu.

A bunch of photos from HP shipyard as the workers head home for New Years. It's interesting that both 548 and the 6th 054A from HP shipyard came back. You can see the 7th 054A parked outside and a couple of nice photos on the progress of the 8th 054A.

The photographer would like to apologize for not uploading the 056 picture because it's too dark and doesn't show any difference from previous pictures.:p
