I was just going to say...until they get something better. LOL!

Does China have something better in the wings? Well, we keep watching the Test Ship(s) to see if something appears...or is tested elsewhere.

They are useful as a stand alone array for anti stealth, but I'm not sure if it serves a major purpose. Personally I wonder if the ship can still perform 99% of its functions even without the Yagi antenna.

I read that the yagi is used for volume search on occasions when they don't need the PAR powered on and/or in addition to it. Also read that the PAR is not kept on all the time but not sure how valid these points are.
