Not necessarily, the pairs of 052B/C as well as 051C were both built in an extremely close timeframe. What will be telling is if we see another hull appear though is probably months if not a 1 year+ away.

well, 168 to 171 were built in a fairly quick time frame, so it would not be too surprising to me if we see 4 of these guys get built in the next 2 years. If you look at the "second one", it's actually not that far behind the "first one".

A.Man it's better if you upload the pics to imageshack and them load them here.
If pic is embedded in posts just right click and select show image to get the pic address.

All you need to do is download it to your computer partially and then upload to this forum in manage attachments or in imageshack. If you don't want to download to your computer, you can just copy the location of the photo and then use that on imageshack to copy. We've had problems in the past where people on this forum could not see those Chinese links, so we just ask you guys to post the pictures. And we don't know how long their pictures will last, but if we leave it on this forum, we know you will be able to see it later.
