Have we been going to Liz Truss’ geography school? Because last time I checked, the fighting is deep in Ukrainian territory. If Russia cannot win any battles and Ukraine is as mighty as you say, why are these battles not happening at the gates of Moscow? The Ukrainians let the Russians advance so far out of goodwill and to give them a sporting chance? You are as bad as the ‘Russian shills’ straw men you are raging against.
Russia has been winning the battles consistently and steadily. The main criticism of the Russians before was that they were not winning fast enough or with enough style points. This is their first major defeat and wow the sky is falling on their heads! Give me a break.
The Russians were winning on the battlefield, but that’s not required for them to win the war. That’s why they were advancing at such a snail’s pace. At the rate they were going, it would have taken them years if not decades to inch their way to Lviv. What exports Russia lost to the EU were quickly replaced by increased exports to the rest of the world, and that includes the most honourable and selfless USA. How’s the EU’s quest to magic more oil and gas going again? Let’s see how the EU suffers this winter and see if they can stomach the idea of that becoming their new normal.
but it was always Russia against NATO - based on the propaganda rhetoric. Remember the bio weapon labs or the Chinese NATO laptops.
Why are we surprised that the NATO is supporting Ukraine with equipment and intelligence?
We have no clue about the condition of the vehicles.
However ,if we expect that the NATO units pictureing them from the angle most fit for popagande purposes, and even on these pictures we can spot missing/disasembled critical components then we can say they are not in fightworty condition.
Hard information that we know is the retreat of the Russian units.
Propagande is the second /third/fifth hand twitter text linked about military units abandoned by the mom, and crying for help from anyone.

So even potential mobilisation not going to solve essential issues. Lack of manpower is a more minor issue.
I don’t think the claim they were all broken/destroyed anyway is that great counter argument here. It would paint an even worse image of the state of the Russian forces.
