Why did it just explode at end of runway?? plane should have barely any fuel left if its on landing.. looks like it struct something... but with no gears, it shouldnt have sled past entire length of runway anyway.... not adding up

Gears are deployed well before final approach/ decision height... if it was going to do an emergency landing where was the emergency vechiles and why not a longer runway?

it doesnt appear any of the gears deployed, a birdstrike wouldnt be root cause
