Preliminary reason is that the airplane ran into bird(s) during landing and caused the landing gears to be stuck.

另据新华社消息，中国驻韩国光州总领馆29日证实，上述飞机坠落事故中，无中国公民伤亡。

Im having a deva ju moment, just the other day was another major crash initially blamed on bird strike....

Gears are deployed well before final approach/ decision height... if it was going to do an emergency landing where was the emergency vechiles and why not a longer runway?

it doesnt appear any of the gears deployed, a birdstrike wouldnt be root cause
