@lyman2003 claimed that said hull belongs to the 14th 055 DDG, though I'm not sure whether the presence of the 13th 055 DDG has been visually confirmed or not (the current visually confirmed count stands at 12 units). His claim of the 38th 052DG DDG placed directly parallel to the 12th 055 DDG in the same photo is also inaccurate (it should be the 35th unit).
If anything, given the low resolution of the satellite imagery, it remains to be seen whether said hull actually belongs to a 055 DDG (of the 2nd batch) or a 052DG DDG (of the 4th/5th batch).
