Yes, the crane looks like the one on DAKAI class. Would have been better if the ships were pictured in the same scale as well.

profile/hull shape looks kinda like the izumo, could this be some sort of mockup to test tracking and attacking enemy ships, kinda like the mockup out in the desert.
