Mmw radar is much smaller than the long bow,this is due to engine out put ,weight and size of z10.the three square seen in the image likely flares.

I think they must have restarted it. There really wasn't any new unit for a couple of years there.

May be, may be not. The alternatives are fixed wing UAV and rotary wing UAV that can carry ATGM and precision guided bombs. Advantage of UAV is that they are expandable, relatively cheap and can be mass produced in large numbers to replenish those that got shot down, and most important you don't lose experience pilots who are far more valuable assets than the manned and unmanned aircraft.

One problem with UAV's is that they could be jammed while attack chopper can continue it's operations in such battelfield enviroment.

On the right, it appears to be an improved variant of Z-10ME. Especially notable is the addition of new large bumps – just behind the stub wing – that appear to house some kind of ECM unit, directional infrared countermeasures maybe? The wingtip laser warning receivers also appear different. Then there's the main rotor mast, it looks like it could mount a mmWave radar.

UAV's are crucial but so are manned fighter jets and choppers. They all got their respective roles to play to complement each other.

While Z10 stole (almost) the limelight, Z19 is also an important piece of equipment. Interesting to know more about Z10 and Z19 synergy. Z19 first appeared with mw radar. Now that Z10 has them mounted I suppose Z19 isn't that important as a spotter anymore.
